By popular demand we have transformed the transformation challenge into a slightly more “do-able” and long term program.

  1. You purchase your place in the program. Provide us with all the necessary information.
  2. We provide you will all the information and support you need over 16 weeks to help you in getting to Your Best Body.


Over the course of 16 weeks you will receive:

  • - Weekly training plans delivered to you via the My Best Body training app.
  • - Personalized nutrition plan*please read our FAQ’s for further information. 
  • - Supplement guidance (if you want to take supplements).
  • - You can track all your workouts / weights / reps / sets on the training app to see your progress.
  • - Support group on Facebook.
  • - Messaging service within the app to your coach Andrew Hudson.
  • - Meal options / suggestions.
  • - Coaching on how to adjust your macros for the end of the challenge (there will be no need for a post challenge plan).
