1. What is the criteria for a refund?
If within 30 days of the coaching start date, you are not 100% satisfied with the advice and service offered by the My Best Body Coaches, or you have a valid reason to discontinue, you will be refunded your entry fee*.

2. What is the refund process?
  • You simply email info@mybestbody.co.za providing full bank details for EFT payment within South Africa and PayPal account details for non-South African account holders,  within 30 days from start of the challenge.
  • We refund your money within 14 business days.

3. How long is a refund valid for?
Refunds are valid for 30 days from the start date of the challenge and may not be carried over to future Challenges.

4. How long does it take to process a refund?
We are committed to processing your refund within 14 business days.

5. How will the money be refunded?
You will be requested to provide full bank details for an EFT payment, or Paypal details if paying to an international bank account.
